Henry was born with a LOT of hair. His hair has started falling out (mine too) recently and he is getting a bald spot. One problem with lots of hair is managing cradle cap. Henry has dandruff, lots of it! Oiling his head is tricky with so much hair so I only do it every other week. I end up slathering his head with olive oil or cocoa butter baby oil and then comb his hair and try to rub/massage in the oil. Afterwards Henry's head is slippery and he gets a good bath.
After oiling Henry's head this day I gave him a Mohawk to see how long his hair had gotten before it all fell out.
In this picture, Henry looks like he has a widows peak. He does have a "cow-lick" in the same place as his mom which is giving the widows peak look. Also check out the LONG hair behind his ear in this picture!
He is sitting in the Boppy for the salon experience.
What are you doing to me mom?
Cute ear huh?
The front hairs are the longest.
Hey girl, found your blog off Crystal's. Head and Shoulders original dandruff shampoo works GREAT for cradle cap. It only took two washes to work for Parker. Just be VERY careful not to get it in his eyes- it will sting bad.
ReplyDeleteGood to know! I just went and bought a travel size bottle- assuming I would never need a regular bottle for his tiny head.
