Tigers, seals, and elephants oh my! We went to the Zoo with Ellen, Brianna, Lexi, and Cadence.
The tigers just exited their house as we arrived and were quite the sight. Roaring and playing with each other.

This picture highlights Henry's first bruise. It was a dramatic event. On 6/27, the day before our trip to the zoo, I put Henry in our new jogger. I walked away to get the hose and looked back to see the jogger cruising down backwards down our driveway. It finally hit our dirt mound and fell on it side with Henry hitting his head on our driveway. I ran to the rescue filling like the worst mom in the world. Luckily I thought of using the 5-point harness so Henry didn't fall out of the stroller and was pretty much suspended upside down. I of course called my mom, Matt, the pediatrician, and my neighbor. All assured me he was fine and that this is the first of many adventures involving bruises. Henry was totally fine and the bruise if very little but I shed many MANY a tears. Thanks to all those who told me this is normal and I'm not a bad mom, even though I still can't believe this happened. I know now how to use the brakes properly... back to the ZOO!

Henry loved trying to crawl in the turtle. The only problem was that he only goes backwards so someone had to man the behind to prevent a fall.
It was a fun day with lots of fun animals and great company. I love the zoo!
