November 1, 2012 - Henry turns 1!

Henry on your 1st Birthday we spent the day celebrating you. We took you to FotoFly to have pictures taken of how handsome you really are today. Then we headed to Scheel's to buy you a Christmas present. Dad thought it would be really fun to give you a gun on your first birthday. Of course he will warm it up for you until you are old enough to use it. So we got you a Ruger 10/22 for your birthday. And by we, I mean me, since Dad forgot proper identification. It was a fun adventures to say the least.  

 In the evening we gathered around the computer and the box of Amazon packages that had been delivered and opened presents with our out of town family members through Google video. It was a lot of fun! Turns out opening presents is much easier for 1-year-olds when the unwrapping only involves throwing-out packing bubbles and finding your prize.

Henry loved his gifts and now had lots of fun toys to play with!

Aunt Jordan and Uncle Austin came over to celebrate too bring fun gifts to unwrap. We then headed to the kitchen for CAKE!!!

I loved how Henry enjoyed his cake and loved eating it all by myself. He ate 2 more cupcakes before having a tub and settling into bed.
