12/28/12 - Arts and RAGE

Today was an arts and crafts kinda day mixed with a couple rounds of card games. Nothing like a GOOD game of Rage or Ratuki or Dicecapades or 5 Crowns to remind you how much you love being home. I gave P&D some painting projects for Christmas that were hidden by Ebenezzer but scored an even better painting project of bird house for $1. The girls could have painted for hours and kept painting until they ran out of paint. Grammy had a nice warm tub waiting for them when they were done. Henry was asleep during this adventure?

The houses turned out beautifully! Paisley's has a buffalo and a rabbit on the front to make the birds feel more welcome. Delaynie's had some amazing tie-dye layers.

Nap time came quickly, I love how these two cuties snuggle with each other whenever possible. Henry was a drool maniac while we were there.

We played Play-9 which is also a really fun game. I don't remember who won, which must mean it wasn't me :) The nice party about this game is that you can't really intentionally ruin someone else's hand and that Paisley knows how to play like a Pro. We are card sharks!
