I made this turkey about a week after thanksgiving and it turned out pretty good. On the real Thanksgiving we made crockpot mashed potatoes and then headed over to mom's Aunt Ellen's house to eat thanksgiving with some of our Graves' relatives. We had LOTS of food and Henry cracked every one up with all of his silly talking. Henry loved the mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, rolls, and frog eye salad the very most. We ate pie and played with toys then headed off to Heber City to see Grandma and Granpa. Henry fell asleep within 5 seconds of our car ride.
In Heber we ate scones and talked with family while Henry explored some more. We had a lot of fun and didn't get home until pretty late. Mom and dad did some online shopping but no real Black Friday shopping. It was a great day and we truly have so much to be thankful for!
