The Easter bunny left a car puzzle for you this year. You were so excited to play with those cars! See video for proof.
The Tucketts also couldn't resist filling a HUGE egg with two fun cars. Lightning McQueen and Francesco that drive in the water. Bath time just got more exciting!
You also showed off your ability to climb the stairs with your cast. Someday these stairs will be refinished.
Prior to our Easter dinner we spent some time taking pictures of ourselves. The faces you make are getting better all the time. Today you went to nursery (with mom) and loved playing with the kids. You wore a tie and most of the other boys wore handsome vests. I didn't take a picture of you in your "Easter outfit" but maybe next year? You really like playing with the kids in nursery and don't seem to care if I am there or not. However, I don't know if I am ready to leave you. Especially with your cast because you can't get around like the other kids and they might trip on your leg. The little girls shower you with kisses in nursery because of your cast and I think you love the attention.
Your latest trick that we dislike is screaming every time we put you in the car. I think you learned from Delaynie but haven't quite reached her level of volume or tears. Luckily the ride was short, we went to Roger and Ellen's for an Easter dinner. The little girls, Cadence and Lexi, put on a circus for us which was impressive and interesting. My favorite was when they tied their bodies in knots. Your favorite was when you got to crawl around in the grass. You ate like a champ at dinner and loved sitting in a booster seat.
