Thanks to Grammy and her free flight awesomeness, Henry and I flew to Seattle for a quick Wednesday to Friday trip. We totally surprised Aunt Shannon and Aunt Kellie which was a lot like Christmas morning to Grammy and I. We popped out of the bathroom to get Shannon and then walked into Kellie's apartment. It was fun to see their reactions of tears and screams.
On Wednesday we went out to eat at Red Robin then drove to Northbend so Henry could have a nap and we could get a yummy treat and then we went to Shannon's to play while we waited for Kellie to get home. Delaynie wanted to play with my Rapunzel hair:
You know how they braided Rapunzel's hair with all those flowers? That is what is happening here
The masterpiece
Later that night we ate a yummy dinner and Delaynie and I gave each other lots of kisses. She would point to a spot, like her cheek or toe or elbow or ear, and I would kiss it. She is such a little snuggler of love and gave me lots of soft kisses too.
Next day we partied at Grammys for a bit, went to the Spagetti Factory with Lisa, went to Michael's to get some crafts, See's candy, then back to Grammy's to clean Mom's room, have dinner, play with cousins, make crafts, and enjoy ourselves.
Paisley made Henry this "playset" so he could have lots of fun.
The pillows were the play ground and the toys were to make everyone happy according to Paisley.
I think Paisley was being a circus elephant while Henry and Delaynie were wrestling in the exact same spot.
Then the crafting began! The little girls wanted to help SOOO much. They were good helpers and would not settle for smaller versions of what we were doing. They know the difference and want to do the real thing. Shannon bought them a few fun crafts that kept them pretty happy and busy.
Kellie getting our felt ready for our leaf garland with P & D hoping to help
Henry showing his standing skills and wanting to grab the table cloth... Paisley helped him walk around a little then they both fell on their bums.
CHOCOLATE MILK! The one and only time he has ever drank it.
Delaynie strung beads on this necklace about 15 times. Just when she would finish she would drop it and have to start over again. She never got tired of it though. Paisley finished here in record time and made a cute pattern out of it. "All the bats are together cuz they are friends"
Leaf garland and Rocky Mountain Chocolate caramel apples (we only ate 6 of the 8 we purchased over a two day period...no big deal...)
