Week 51 - Baby Ballet and Early Halloween

Working with the Young Women has its perks, for instance you get to celebrate Halloween every mutual during the month of October (please tell me you hear the sarcasm). To prepare for mutual Henry had some pantless playtime with toys which involves trying to lift the largest toy in the drawer up and onto the shelf. Notice that the shelf is too small for the toy and that Henry is too short to even reach past the drawer. He is learning new things he can and cannot do, I'm just glad he is smart enough to keep trying!

This should be called scruntchy face baby ballet weight lifting adventures

You have also taken a liking to this octopus teething toy attached to some links. You shake the heck out of it and squeal with delight while your eyes are half shut. You may or may not end with hitting yourself in the face and then laugh about it.
shake it shake it shake it!
The last one I call baby stretching, you have never laid on the floor and played like this since learning you can move. Back to the basics I guess?

Now on to mutual. We had a costume party with a few classic Halloween games, like doughnut on a string. We let you give that game a try while everyone else played a flour game.

1: At first sight                  2. Doughnut head Henry      3. At first sugary touch

3. Must have you                 4. I am drooling               5. Please let this be real

6. That thing just whacked me in the face      7. Doughnut kiss     8. It was delicious

Notice the cute legs of Aunt Jordan, she came along for the fun of reliving her own days as a youth. Oh and because she loves us.
